Recording Foley and ADR

To get the narration, I had to record ADR, but with using just my voice. This was the demo I gave Maddie originally to record.

And this was the final product after officially recording ADR.

This was my first time overlaying audio and trying to dub over a video. The struggle for me is definitely my speech since I'm not a good speaker and I tend to talk too fast or slur my words, so I had to really focus and contain myself to voiceover.

Since I was now voicing Maddie's character (Lucia), I had to dub over our speaking parts in the car, which also meant I had to record foley sound to add sounds back in that I'm missing from dubbing over the clips. The main foley sound I had to record was the plastic bag crinkles from throwing breakfast at Maddie. I did a variation of sounds with it and picked the best take.

And here was the outcome of this foley sound.
